Listed, but didn’t sell my home in 2013 in Pine Grove, Buffalo Creek, CO 80470.
Nancy is very professional and very easy to talk with. She is one of those people that makes you feel comfortable all the time through out the process of listing/selling your home. Nancy gave me great advice on staging my home and was very patient while looking at different area’s of town for my new place. The people that were going to buy my home didn’t get their financing by closing. The Buyers had requested more time to fix their credit report and get financing. Things were tense when I decided to take my home off the market and the buyers were very disappointed. During this very difficult decision and time, Nancy was always extremely professional dealing with the other Realtor, Buyers and myself. I would recommend Nancy to anyone looking to Buy or Sell their home.
