Income Limits Increase

By in Uncategorized with 0 Comments

Fannie Mae just announced that the income limits for their 3% down mortgages have increased from 80% of the area median income to 100% of the area median income.
In the Denver Metro area, that means your qualifying income can be up to $79,900 if you only have 3% down. In Boulder, it can be as high as $99,400.
Depending on the property address, these income limits may not apply at all, meaning anyone could qualify for a 3% down loan, regardless of how high their income is.
Have any questions about conventional (non-FHA) loans that only require 3% down? Give me a call.
